We've just tapped our It's A Peach DIPA!
It is a milkshake style double IPA loaded with citrus and mosaic hops, and brewed with real peaches, lactose, and vanilla. It comes in at 8.75% ABV, 70 IBU.
I tried the Peach DIPA recently, and wow, what a burst of flavor! It reminded me of summer BBQs back home. I love that you mentioned the balance between sweetness and eggy car bitterness. It’s so easy to overdo fruit in beers, but this one nails it! Great post!
